Calling All NAMA Show Attendees — Meet the Nutrition Advisory Council at The NAMA Show: Industry’s Leading Wellness Experts Discuss Nutrition Trends and Science
CHICAGO – March 9, 2018 – Nutrition news you need to know is the focus of the Nutrition Advisory Council’s Round Table discussion at The NAMA Show. Join in this important discussion Thursday, March 22 at 9 a.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Room S224-225.
“Nutrition science does not always align with widely-reported food trends. It’s important for NAMA member companies to know the difference as they shape their nutrition and wellness programming,” says Lucille Beseler, MS, RD, LD, CDE and former president of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
“In my practice, I see dozens of children and families each week, trying to make the right food choices. We want to bring this expertise and experience to you. Please join me, along with the Nutrition Advisory Council, at The NAMA Show,” she continued.
The Nutrition Advisory Council Round Table, led by Sylvia Rowe, President, SR Strategy, will feature David Grotto MD, RDN, LDN, Senior Nutrition Activation Business Partner, Specialty Channels and Frozen Foods, Kellogg’s, Diane Striegel, Director, Sales Planning, Foodservice, Mondelēz International, and Elizabeth Vegas, Industry Advisor, Strategic Alliances, Alliance for a Healthier Generation, in addition to Lucille Beseler.
“Delivering high-value nutrition education to our members is a goal each year at The NAMA Show and throughout the year. We hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to listen to and interact with some of the nation’s leading experts at the Nutrition Advisory Council Round Table,” said Roni Moore, NAMA’s Vice President of Public Relations.
