This 90-minute workshop is for operations directors, purchasing managers and other professionals proficient in working with data in a micro market operation of any size. Upon completion of this training, attendees will be able to strongly leverage their data in strategic planning and communicate findings effectively. Specifically, this workshop addresses:
- Forecast modeling.
- Category management – Balancing category representation and market placement to maximize sales.
- Waste management – Refining pre-kitting to meet par levels.
This workshop is for professionals with intermediate-level experience in Excel. If you are new to managing data in Excel, then completing the upcoming prerecorded course, Data Management Essentials for Micro Market Professionals, is strongly encouraged prior to attending this workshop.
As the workshop date approaches, information to join online and a spreadsheet to follow the workshop’s lessons will be sent to registrants. Excel must be loaded onto registrants’ computers at the time of the workshop.
